StreetGlow Limited Warranty Policy

StreetGlow® warrants to the original retail purchaser that all active products listed on our website are free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, subject to the specific component terms, conditions, and limitations outlined below.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to products purchased directly through the official StreetGlow website or an authorized StreetGlow dealer.

Coverage Terms by Product Line

  • Gold Series Neon Tubes: Covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and factory workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This covers tube dimming, structural tube defects, and internal gas leakage resulting from manufacturing flaws.

  • Transformers & Power Supplies: Covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against internal circuitry failure, factory solder defects, and electrical component breakdown under normal operating conditions.

  • LED Strips, Undercar Kits, Wiring & Accessories: All LED light strips, complete LED undercar lighting systems, wiring harnesses, distribution blocks, switches, mounting hardware, and related accessories are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against diode failure, manufacturing defects, and factory assembly flaws.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, reverse polarity connection, wiring without proper fuses, or operation outside standard 12V–14.4V DC automotive electrical specifications.

  • Physical impact, road debris, road hazards, bottoming out, collision, or improper securement to the vehicle chassis.

  • Units installed in direct contact with excessive heat sources (exhaust pipes, manifolds) or moving suspension/drivetrain parts.

  • Water intrusion or moisture damage to components not explicitly rated for external, direct-exposure automotive environments.

  • Products that have been cut (where not designated as cuttable), spliced improperly, altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than StreetGlow.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, expendable components (such as replaceable fuses and remote batteries), or degradation of adhesive tapes.

  • Incidental or consequential damages, including costs associated with installation labor, vehicle downtime, mechanic fees, or removal and re-installation.
